July 3, 2018: FNB’s Mobile Deposit offered through the FNB Mobile App is temporarily unavailable due to a service outage experienced at our mobile deposit partner. We apologize for this inconvenience.
At this time we do not know when we will begin receiving the deposit functions and data. All other features of the FNB Mobile App function as normal including account balances, bill pay, account transfers. During this service interruption, we encourage our customers to use alternate FNB deposit methods:
- Deposit checks at one of FNB’s local offices.
- Deposit check at any FNB ATM or other ATMs with the PLUS logo that accepts deposits (In and outside of Iowa)
- Mail check to your preferred banker at any FNB office.
We will update this message as more information from our vendor becomes available.
